Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in any discipline (Preferred: MHRM / MSW / MBA – HR or relevant field).
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Career Services, HR, Recruitment, or Placement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong industry connections and engage companies for campus placements and internship opportunities for students from various schools including Technology, Management, Science, Law, Journalism, and Design.
• Coordinate with student coordinators, placement coordinators, and faculty members across different schools of the University.
• Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for career services activities, including events, workshops, and placement drives.
• Manage and execute campus placement activities including on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives.
• Communicate with prospective recruiters regarding interview schedules, recruitment processes, and event coordination.
• Provide student counselling and address placement-related queries on a regular basis.
