Qualifications
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Human Resource Management, Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM), or a Master's Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in the higher education sector.
• Hands-on experience in payroll administration, HR operations, statutory compliance, and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance on Human Resources matters, partnering with the University leadership to align HR initiatives with the University's vision, goals, and institutional priorities.

• Oversee attendance and leave administration through the HRMS, and coordinate with the IT team for system maintenance, enhancements, and updates to ensure seamless HR operations.
• Support the implementation, coordination, and administration of the University's Performance Management and Appraisal System under the guidance of the Registrar and Provost.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date HR records relating to the employee lifecycle, payroll, statutory compliance, Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, insurance, and other employee-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and University policies related to human resource management.
• Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Registrar.
